Venture Vermont 2011 Outdoor Challenge – Perfect Family Fun!

Looking for the perfect family fun summer activity that will keep kids busy?  Vermont State Parks presents the 2011 Venture Vermont Outdoor Challenge: A Statewide Outside Scavenger Hunt.

Go to the Vermont State Parks site to download a Venture Vermont scorecard.  Kids and families earn points for engaging in outside activities and documenting their adventures on a scorecard and with photos.  For example, kids and families can earn 15 points for growing a garden and 10 points for hiking a trail to a summit.  A grand total of 250 points scores a free state park pass for the entire season!
