Winter Homeschool Science Classes at Fairbanks Museum

The Fairbanks Museum has just announced the latest lineup of homeschool classes for January – March 2012. These classes area a terrific way to add some science into your curriculum or reinforce concepts you’ve already studied.

January 20, 2012
11 a.m. Putting the “Pop” in Population
12:30p.m. Animal Behaviors

February 17, 2012
11 a.m. Winter Birds in Vermont
12:30 p.m. Being Human

March 16, 2012
11 a.m. Hands on Wind
12:30 p.m. Electricity: Watt’s Zap?

Cost: $10 per child (One free adult per family. Children under 5 free)
Bring a bag lunch to enjoy between lessons. Come early, stay late – the museum is open for exploration from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
