It looks like Tina has some terrific programs lined up this month for children of all ages at the Cobleigh Public Library. Here’s a quick peek at some of the events. St. Johnsbury Athenaeum
Located on Main Street in St. Johnsbury next to the Fire Station, the Athenaeum offers a clean, well-organized Children’s Room and programs for children and parents, including After school knitting, homeschool meet-ups, and game days.

Cobleigh Public Library
Lyndonville’s Cobleigh Public Library offers a variety of early literacy programs for all ages, including baby/toddler and preschool storyhours, arts & crafts, Red Clover reading program for homeschoolers, as well as after school programs and special program offerings. Convenient location in downtown Lyndonville, lots of parking, spacious children’s room with playarea, and a terrific children’s librarian make this a great pick for families.

Save the Date: Preschoolers’ Fire Station Visit Day at Cobleigh Library – Lyndonville
Whether or not your preschooler dreams about becoming a “firefighter” when she grows up, chances are she’ll love a field trip to the Fire Station! Here’s the NEK Moms scoop: On Wednesday, October 6, 2010, at 9:45 a.m. parents, grandparents, caregivers and children will meet in the Children’s room at the Cobleigh Library in Lyndonville. Together everyone will walk over to the local Fire Station. The event is part of fire safety week and organized by Tina, the Children’s Librarian. For more information, you can call 802-626-5475.
