  • Carmen’s. (Lyndonville)  Located at the Freighthouse Cafe in downtown Lyndonville, this place is a child’s dream ice cream shop.  Park next door, with benches and ample space for running off the ice-cream sugar high or catching a glimpse at the occasional passing train.
  • Clemintine’s Creamery.  (East Burke).  New to the ice cream scene, this seasonal ice cream shop is located next to the Orange Rind, and makes a yummy pick throughout the summer.
  • Pizza Man. (Lyndonville). The biggest scoop and portions around the Northeast Kingdom. A definite hit with the kids!
  • Hoagie’s. (Lyndonville). Located next to the White’s Plaza and near the I-91 highway ramp, stop in here at the ice cream window if you’re craving ice cream or a milkshake.
