NEK Moms Weekend Scoop: June 16-17

It’s a HUGE weekend in the Kingdom, with lots of sunshine and family-fun planned!  Though you’ve surely come to expect a delicious list of activities here, this weekend is crazy busy and there’s just not enough time to get everything down or done!

So…for NEK Moms and Dads–and visitors to Vermont’s Amazing Northeast Kingdom–take note of these big weekend events happening in and around the NEK!

Saturday, June 16:  

• St. Johnsbury Relay for Life! (St. Johnsbury), St. Johnsbury Academy Track.  The day and night will be busy!  This is an event the community has been working hard to put together…don’t miss this one!
• St. Johnsbury Swim Club Car Wash Spectacular!  8am-noon. St. Johnsbury’s North Congregational Church.  This is a great opportunity to help this wonderful community club, which gives to so many area children.  Come meet the coaches and athletes–and get your car shined up, too!

Sunday, June 17th:

• Father’s Day!
• 4th Annual Lumberjack Invitational (East Burke).  Another don’t miss NEK activity!  Burke Mt.  Father’s Day breakfast at 9am.  Children 8 and under are free!
