Vermont Turkey Trots

Looking for a Family-Friendly Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day?  Here are your options in and around Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.

T-Day Trot (Barton).  9th Annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. Nov. 25th. Registration opens 8am.  Walkers push off at 9am.  Runners at 9:15am.  In memory of Melissa White – cystic fibrosis charity.  Pre-Register and Info at 525-3689.

Turkey Trot 5K (Burlington). Nov. 25th. 11AM, Gutterson Field House, UVM. Run for fun and charity. Free 1/4 mile kid’s race at 10:45am. $5 (or $10 per family) or food donation for the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf.  Contact info: Anne Bliss (802) 865-7999.
