Lace ’em up – Running and Walking Tuesday Night Series

Get ready… tomorrow night at 6pm is the repeat of the Trail Running & Walking Series on Kingdom Trails.  Registration at 5:30pm. Park at Vermont Children’s Theater.  Come join runners and walkers of all abilities and ages.  Yep, even kids participate!  This is where you want to be on a Tuesday night!  No need to be in stellar shape.  Willingness to get fit and enjoy time outside is all it takes.  More info at:  Kingdom Trail Running.  See you there!
