Apple picking season in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom has arrived!  Can anything possibly be better than apple picking with children in Vermont on a beautiful fall day?  If you’re looking for an orchard, here’s where to go in and around Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom (NEK):

Burtt’s Apple Orchard (Cabot). Open daily Sept-Oct. 9am-6pm. 802-917-2614

Windy Ridge Orchard (North Haverhill, NH). Open daily now until Thanksgiving. 9am-6pm.
