Free Relaxation, Rejuvenation & Self-Care Event for Moms, Wives, Husbands Caring for Ill or Frail Family Members

On Thursday, May 24th, Vermont  Agency on Aging and AHEC present a *FREE* program at Springfield College (St. Johnsbury) for people caring for ill or frail family members or friends, as well as grandparents raising grandchildren.  The focus of the event is on YOU, for you to come and get pampered.  Events include relaxation sessions, dinner, massage, Reiki, reflexology, scrapbooking, card making and more.

The event begins at 1pm on Thursday, May 24th.  It takes place at Springfield College, 347 Emerson Falls Road, Suite 3, St. Johnsbury, VT.   For information call 877-215-3921.
