Vermont’s State Capital Valentine’s Phantom

If you’re game for a road trip, Valentine’s Day makes a good day for a trip to Vermont’s State Capital City.  Why?  There is a mysterious Valentine Tradition that has people seeing hearts.  As the tradition goes, red hearts are plastered across the town, appearing on buildings and in windows throughout the downtown area.  The mystery lies in the secret of the Valentine Phantom–who is the person or persons who heart Vermont’s Capital so much that each year since 2002 they post hearts for everyone to see and enjoy?
